If you no longer need to use your Gname account, you may request account deletion by following the procedure below. Before submitting your request, please carefully read and confirm that you understand the relevant terms and consequences outlined in the Account Deletion Agreement.
1. Account Deletion Procedure
1.1 Submit an Account Deletion Request
Log in to your Gname account and visit https://www.gname.net/aqzx . Follow the account deletion instructions and prompts provided on the platform, read and agree to the Account Deletion Agreement, and submit your deletion request.
1.2 System Review
The system will automatically verify your account status, transaction records, identity verification, and compliance status.
If your account has any pending orders, domain reservations or auctions, outstanding payments, incomplete identity verification, or other unresolved matters, your deletion request may be suspended or rejected. You may submit a new request once all outstanding matters have been resolved.
1.3 Enter the Cooling-Off Period
If your account has business records but meets the deletion requirements, it will enter a 14-day cooling-off period.
During this period, you may log in to your account to voluntarily withdraw your deletion request. However, you will not be permitted to initiate new transactions, modify account information, transfer assets, or perform similar operations.
1.4 Account Deletion Completion
Once the cooling-off period expires, if you have not withdrawn your request, the system will automatically proceed with permanent account deletion.
Your account and associated data will be deleted permanently and cannot be recovered.
2. Important Notes on Account Deletion
- Before submitting your deletion request, please ensure that all business activities, assets, and pending matters associated with your account have been properly handled. Please also back up any information you wish to retain.
- Once your account has been deleted, you will no longer be able to log in or access related services and data through that account. Historical transaction records, data, and communications cannot be recovered.
- Any legal or contractual obligations incurred before account deletion will remain in effect and will not be waived as a result of deleting your account.
- If any regulatory investigation, judicial proceedings, or third-party claims arise during the deletion process, the platform reserves the right to suspend the account deletion procedure.
