Welcome to GNAME Tools (hereinafter referred to as the "Service" or "GNAME Tools"). This GNAME Tools Service and Subscription Agreement (hereinafter referred to as this "Agreement") is entered into by and between you (the "User" or "Customer") and GNAME.COM ("GNAME" or "we/us/our") regarding the purchase, use, and access of GNAME Tools and its related data query, export, and analysis services.
Please read this Agreement carefully before purchasing or using the Service. By subscribing, purchasing query packages, or actually using the Service, you signify that you fully understand and agree to be bound by all the terms of this Agreement.
1. Service Description
GNAME Tools provides a suite of professional domain and website analysis tools, including but not limited to WHOIS lookups, Site History, search engine indexing status (Google/Bing Indexing), SEO authority analysis (Moz/Majestic Authority), accessibility detection, IP retrieval, HTTP status code checks, and domain valuation. We provide analysis results through industry algorithms and multi-dimensional data sources. The relevant data is for reference only and does not constitute an absolute guarantee for any investment, trading, or development decisions.
2. Subscription Models, Billing, and Payment
We offer two main service purchasing models to meet the needs of different users. All fees are settled at the time of purchase. Supported payment methods include Credit Cards, PayPal, Wire Transfers, Alipay, and more.
2.1 Recurring Subscription Model
Recurring subscriptions are available in continuous monthly, continuous quarterly, and continuous annual types (including different tiers such as Starter, Pro, and Advanced).
Daily Limits: Subscription plans provide daily query point limits (ranging from 1,000 to 100,000 points per day). Daily limits will automatically reset each day during the subscription period.
Auto-Renewal: All recurring subscription plans are enrolled in auto-renew by default. Unless you actively cancel the auto-renewal before the end of the current billing cycle, the system will automatically deduct the fees for the next cycle at the end of each cycle.
Overage Policy: If you exhaust your daily query point limit, the system will not automatically charge overage fees without your consent. You will need to upgrade your subscription plan or purchase additional query packages to continue performing queries beyond the limit.
2.2 Pay-As-You-Go (Volume) Model
Quota and Validity: Query packages provide a one-time total query point limit (ranging from 50,000 to 1,000,000 points). The validity period of pay-as-you-go query packages is strictly limited to 1 month from the date of purchase.
Expiration: Users must use all query points within the validity period. Upon expiration, any unused query points will be automatically cleared and are not eligible for rollover or refund.
3. Upgrades, Cancellations, and Refund Policy
3.1 Plan Upgrades
Recurring Subscription Upgrades: You may upgrade your current recurring subscription to a higher tier at any time on the "My plans" page. Upgrades typically take effect immediately, and the system will calculate the price difference based on the remaining time in your current cycle.
Pay-As-You-Go Restrictions: The pay-as-you-go model does not support direct upgrades. You must purchase a new subscription plan or pay-as-you-go query package separately.
3.2 Subscription Cancellation
You can manage and cancel your auto-renewal at any time on the "My plans" page.
Once auto-renewal is canceled, the system will stop charging at the end of the current billing cycle.
The cancellation will not affect your right to use the service during the currently paid cycle. You may continue to use the Service until the end of that billing cycle.
3.3 No Refund Policy
Because GNAME Tools provides virtual services and digital content, once a subscription is activated or a query package is successfully purchased, we strictly do not offer refunds. Please carefully evaluate your business needs and double-check your selected plan before confirming payment.
4. Intellectual Property and Restrictions
GNAME.COM retains all intellectual property rights to the Service and all of its underlying technology, algorithms, interface designs, and brand logos. Without explicit written permission from GNAME, Users shall not:
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service;
Use automated programs (other than the APIs or batch features provided by the Service) for malicious scraping, abuse of system resources, or attempts to circumvent concurrent query limits;
Use the data provided by the Service for illegal purposes or resell it to unauthorized third parties.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive to provide accurate and highly available tools, GNAME makes no express or implied warranties regarding the absolute accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular commercial purpose of the data. GNAME shall not be held legally liable for any direct or indirect commercial losses arising from reliance on the data provided by the Service.
