Automatic Renewal Service Terms

Thank you for choosing Gname (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “us”) for your automatic renewal service. Please carefully read the following terms of the automatic renewal service. You may only proceed with the automatic renewal application process if you agree to these terms. By clicking “I have read and agree,” you agree to be legally bound by these terms, which have the same legal effect as a signed written agreement. If you do not agree, please exit. We recommend that you retain a printed copy of these terms for your records.

In these terms, “User” refers to any individual or entity using our automatic renewal service and receiving related support.

1. Renewal Confirmation Process

Upon confirming the selection of the automatic renewal service, if the account balance is sufficient, we will automatically deduct the corresponding renewal fee from the User’s account. The system will process the renewal immediately after the successful deduction, and the User does not need to take any additional action. The entire process is automated to ensure continuity and stability of the service.

2. Insufficient Balance

The User must ensure that the account balance is sufficient and top-up funds in a timely manner before the service expires. We will submit the renewal request on the day following the User’s top-up. If the renewal fails due to insufficient funds, the responsibility lies with the User, and we shall not be held liable.

3. Responsibility for Renewal Follow-Up

The User is responsible for regularly monitoring and following up on the status of their renewals to ensure that all renewals are completed on time. The User should periodically check their account information to confirm whether the renewal has been successfully processed and report any issues or irregularities in a timely manner to avoid service interruptions or unnecessary losses.

4. Domain Renewal Restrictions

If the domain selected for automatic renewal cannot be renewed because the registry has stopped providing renewal services, or the domain is in a status such as transfer, push, arbitration, or lock, resulting in renewal failure, we will not be held responsible.

5. Changes in Renewal Price

If the product price changes at the time of renewal, we will deduct the fee based on the current valid price. If the User does not cancel the service before the renewal, it will be considered as acceptance of the new renewal price.

6. Adjustment of Service Fees

We currently do not charge for automatic renewal services but reserve the right to adjust the fees based on business needs or market changes. Any such changes will be announced on the relevant webpage, along with the applicable fee standards and payment requirements.

7. Canceling Automatic Renewal

The User can cancel the automatic renewal service at any time through the “Domain Management – My Domains – Domain Information” page on our platform. Once canceled, the service will automatically terminate at the end of the current billing cycle. Canceling automatic renewal does not affect the User’s rights for the paid period, and the service will continue until the end of the current cycle.

The User hereby confirms that they have read and understood the above terms, accept all the terms, and guarantee that the information provided is true, accurate, and complete, without any misleading statements.
